How to use this section?

  • Ever wondered if the research project you are about to conduct has been conducted before and evidenced null results? By posting your null findings here for your research colleagues and encouraging those who conduct the same research as you to post their null findings, you can collectively benefit from each others experiences.
  • Adding to the null findings database is designed to be quick/easy. In the same amount of time it took you to read this page you could have created a new page, typed in your hypothesis/purpose of the research and/or an explanation of how it was tested.

How to add a null finding? Create a new page by using the box below. The page title is the authors name/year e.g., Smith & Jones (2008). Type information into the new page as you would with any type of Word processing document. Then click "Save page". If you leave the category tag at the bottom of the page (e.g., "Null Findings"), then a link to your page will automatically be created here.
